MPP Virtual

MPP Virtual is an interactive 360° virtual tour platform designed to help the public explore the Surabaya Public Service Mall digitally. Visitors can navigate through different areas of the building, view panoramic surroundings, select their preferred entrance points, and use interactive floor plans to locate service areas and counters. Each service counter provides relevant information, service descriptions, standard service documents, instructional videos, official website links, and online queue access. The platform also integrates consultation access through Takon Sobat and public service survey links. It features an administration panel for managing virtual tours, 360° panoramic scenes, building floor plans, navigation points, interactive hotspots, service counter information, user accounts, and published content.
